June 23, 2021 04:40PM By Jareliz Diaz, Record-Journal staff WALLINGFORD — Nurse practitioner at Hartford Healthcare and standup comedian Angel Rentas will host a comedy show fundraiser to support the Connecticut Food Bank and Foodshare CT Friday night the Library Wine Bar and Bistro.  “I’m using my platform as a healthcare worker and comedian to help tackle a worthy cause. I m hoping to bring attention to the continuing food shortage due to the pandemic and rising prices,” Rentas said.
