CRESWELL, Ore. – Two of the organizers of the controversial Fourth of July parade in Creswell are facing fines for not having a permit.
Sgt. Scott Denham with the Lane County Sheriff’s Office said it’s a safety issue because the parade affected traffic and put young children in danger when people threw candy in the streets.
