Lithia & Driveway has acquired its first Ferrari dealership and spread its footprint into Colorado. The retailer said Tuesday it has purchased Ferrari of Denver, which is the only Ferrari store in the greater Rocky Mountains region.

¯ A deputy responded Thursday to 3747 Blue Knob Road, Marietta, to a report of Elton D. Hart overdosing. Hart was stabilized and transported for medical attention. Deputies located used syringes along with multiple sealable baggies and small cotton swabs. Additionally, some of the syringes contained water and blood. Hart was reported to have been in the bathroom in the area of where the syringes were discovered when he collapsed. A white powdery residue was discovered on a sink counter along with a small sealable bag, multiple small cotton swabs and a container of water. A summons is being requested for Elton D. Hart, 45, on a charge of possessing drug abuse instruments.
