I think about the Great Dismal Swamp because while its great its not nearly 2 million acres that it used to be rates about one 10th and allegedly while its a swamp it doesnt look like a swamp as you think about it nor is a dismal. Flames erupted this afternoon quickly racing through the back door of an Apartment Building in the fire touching off a plantic scene as residents raced to escape. One man did not get out alive. This is video of firefighters run into the burning building. The smoke so thick residents left trapped in the upper floors of the four Story Building on washington avenue with nowhere to go.
