ALOR SETAR, Oct 3 The tourism bubble pilot project in Langkawi has been a great success since it was implemented two weeks ago on September 16. Langkawi Development Authority (Lada) chief executive officer Nasaruddin Abdul Muttalib said tourist arrivals under the travel bubble until September.
