Despite the fact that hundreds of traditional music lovers could not travel to West Kerry because of coronavirus restrictions, thousands went online to listen to the concerts on Friday and Saturday night and over 170 students took part in music classes that were conducted using Zoom teleconferencing technology. Traditional music students from Japan, South Korea, America and Alaska joined regular attendees from West Kerry and throughout Ireland for the instrument and singing classes, conducted through Irish.
