The River Raids Mode is part of the Yule Season content. It is free for all Assassin’s Creed® Valhalla players, and it is accessible in-game after downloading Title Update 1.1.2.
Although Ubisoft hasn’t officially addressed players’ concerns about
Assassin’s Creed Valhalla‘s microtransactions, the developer has released a hefty update that should address some complaints about in-game content. Today’s title update 1.1.2 will add a new River Raids game mode, new abilities, and new skills alongside the usual improvements and fixes.
