Reporter i spoke with witnesses and neighbors they say violence is common in this area and they described a chaotic scene. Multiple gunshots rang out in San Franciscos tenderloin and 3 15 monday afternoon in front of a residential hotel. We talked down and it was scary. It was so loud. Really loud. Investigators say this black him 35 infiniti fourdoor car was headed east on i 5. 80 when another car pulled alongside of it firing those shots injuring 4 people inside of that car when i got to that scene just after 5 oclock this afternoon.
