Starrett as Executive Vice President and Provost Friday June 11, 2021 Marketing and Communications staff Dr. David Starrett I am excited to announce the appointment of Dr. David A. Starrett as SUNY Fredonia’s new Executive Vice President and Provost, effective August 15, 2021.  The appointment includes a concurrent tenured position as Professor in the Department of Biology.
