Thats where lupe was standing, don prior tells me her friend lupe was killed along east Oaklands International boulevard in a hit and run crash. Neighbors say shes been in the area for years, living on the streets. Prior says she last saw lupelf n in front of chapala market. She was asking for food. See, this is where lupe would rest.
