That was the point I was making, Covid will be controlled to a more or lesser degree as time passes, and life goes on, and the same pressing issues remain….still undealt and even exacerbated by both Labour and National.,,because they both have fundamentally the same political/economic ideology
You know I took the dogs for a walk yesterday, on the short walk though some trees to the dog park.three cars were parked under various trees with our fellow citizens living in them..one car a small hatch had what appeared to be a woman with a child set up with a tiny tent, forced to live like dogs all for the sake of this fucking obscene housing market …it is a sight like this was unimaginable only fifteen years ago. Humans are expansionist to our core might as well accept it and get on with . Going way out west to chance your luck on mars has to be preferred to the lofty goals of getting a fucking huge mortgage and slaving your life away to pay it off .

Another case of Covid has appeared in the community.
A 54 year old woman who lives south of Whangarei who returned overseas and went through quarantine has developed Covid after being released from quarantine. She may have the more contagious UK variant of the virus and had tested negative while in quarantine.
Thankfully the person involved assiduously scanned everywhere she went and had a test when she felt unwell.
Two close contacts have proved negative.
A list of the places she visited has been published.
