Both expatriates, Dold and his British-born wife, Clare, met in 1972 at the former Le Pavillon restaurant in St. Augustine. Besides Hannah, 34, the couple have two other children.
Clare handles some of the counter sales when not working in her other job in the development department of St. Johns County. We re just a small bakery using all fresh ingredients, said Clare. I always think of us as the bakery around the corner.
