Schools will reopen for students of class 10 and 12 from January 18, said the Delhi government on Wednesday. Students are expected back at campus for practical work and other pre-board preparations.
However, schools in containment zones will not be allowed to reopen and students, teachers, and staff living in these zones will not be allowed to attend. Schools have been asked only to call students with the consent of the parents and follow all the Covid-19 precautions.
help all kids be ready for life, college, and work. and that s what i think the president is aiming to achieve here and we re all for that. the issue we have is that the balance is off that when you look at the fine print of the blueprint, what you see is almost all the responsibility for that resting on individual teachers as opposed to the collective responsibility we all have to make sure that happens for kids. and so we re going to work really hard to change that because we know we need a reauthorized bill that really focuses on how to help all kids succeed. but part of the proposal is saying that it would offer more rewards rather than punishing these schools t would also, randi, as you know, look at the climate, the environment that the children are learning in. right. and perhaps say maybe a kid who s in a violent neighborhood can t learn or not cannot learn but meaning they need special attention as opposed to a kid in
