MOE announces partial re-opening of schools by Nicole Drayton In a press con­fer­ence to­day the Min­istry of Ed­u­ca­tion an­nounced a par­tial re-open­ing of Pri­ma­ry and Sec­ondary schools. Sec­ondary schools and will re-open on Feb­ru­ary 8th for forms 4-6 on­ly uti­liz­ing what they call a hy­brid sys­tem. This sys­tem states that on­line class­es will con­tin­ue and stu­dents will re­port to school for the com­ple­tion of Prac­ti­cals, SBAs and In­ter­nal As­sess­ments. Phys­i­cal teach­ing class­es will be held on­ly where ab­solute­ly nec­es­sary.
