Goals. Fifty of the contracts of 45 million in fiscal 1718 were awarded to those and a total of 45 million. Of those, 87 were professional services, and 43 in construction. Nineteen was local participation. Workforce participation, and 905 San Francisco residents that performed over 298,000 hours. I wanted to say, just to point out the housing efforts really are a result of the joint effort of everybody at the ocii staff, so i just want to point out, everybody is doing their part. It is totally a Collaborative Group effort. The legal team, the project area managers, contract compliance, and our real estate folks, and then i pointed out our housing staff who are here. Because we know that having Affordable Housing isnt just about new construction, it is about making sure that we preserve existing Affordable Housing, whether its property that we built under the old redevelopment agency, that are in disrepair, or its buildings like this where we are able to acquire it through our small sight Acquisition Program so that we can keep it permanently affordable. We spoke with people regardless of what they are. That is when you see change. That is a lead vannin advantage. So Law Enforcement assistance diversion to work with individuals with nonviolent related of offenses to offer an alternative to an arrest and the county jail. We are seeing reduction in drugrelated crimes in the pilot area. They have done the program for quite a while. They are successful in reducing the going to the county jail. This was a state grant that we applied for. The department is the main administrator. It requires we work with multiple agencies. We have a community that includes the da, Rapid Transit police and San Francisco Sheriffs Department and Law Enforcement agencies, Public Defenders Office and adult probation to Work Together to look at the population that ends up in criminal justice and how they will not end up in jail.
