Agartala: A school teacher from Tripura allegedly consumed acid and fed the same to her 1-year-old son on Sunday. The woman was upset due to marital issues and she penned down a five-page suicide note before taking the drastic step. The cops also suspect that the woman ended her life due to poverty.
The deceased woman was identified as Rumi Debbarma. Debbarma left behind a suicide note written in Kokborok. Kokborok is the main native language of the Tripuri people. In the note, the woman suggested that she was unhappy in her marital life.
