The powerful pacific storm blew ashore monday night. It covered the United States drenched rainfall in the Los Angeles Area with recordbreaking landfall yesterday. More than an inch of rain fell in l. A. , breaking a record set in 1961. The National Weather service said by the time all is said and done today up to 6 inches is possible. Areas where recent wildfires burned away vegetation are most at risk. There have been some flooding and mudslide. Residents were forced to evacuate their homes. It looks like its going to rain again tomorrow, so instead of going through the drama, were staying down the road.
