For its annual winter meeting and focused on ways to combat childhood hunger and current initiatives at the state and local levels that have been successful atrophiedi feeding c at school. But you know very well that this changed relatively quickly, mainly in 2008. Maybe this atmosphere was maybe from the collapse of soviet union in 1991 to 2008 when this fascinating atmosphere finished and changed. And that is the reason why maybe this democratic discussion is also difficult in this central east european countries. Because on the beginning was this feeling that we have right path to the paradise, maybe. And now from 2008 it was clear that things are much more complicated and that its not that you are part of democratic system and everything is solved. And maybe there is some feeling, maybe, that some feeling of marginalization, maybe, is part of this, maybe disappointment now because economically, maybe after economic and financial crisis started, also crisis, maybe greece crisis in europe, then started this ukrainian, russia and migrant crisis, now brexit. It seems in a relatively short time, we are living in absolutely different world, and this changes out also the so
One of the issues that does concern me is our national defense. I have washed us around the world i challenge some people. Is there any country in the world that we have a stronger relationship with today than we had six years ago . I said that, too. But i was corrected. Somebody said iran. Somebody else said to cuba. Its about that. A while back i was in egypt and they told me 98 of the threats that all the relation together with egypt have been suffered by the Foreign Policy of this president. There are good people that we can work with. There are moderate muslims. General sisi made the strongest statement from the muslim world ive ever heard and hes a man we can work with and we need to do so and thats a piece of what we need to do to put america back into safety and security. I will challenge the folks that speaker today and those that aspire to the oval office, lay out a plan force. Lay out the plan to defeat radical islamic jihad.
