That random Violent Crime has no boundary. This can happen to anybody. Any point, any time, anyone. Thats a real reality. Reporter councilman oh owes colleague confronting a problem. It takes a highprofile incident to get people focus. Reporter Council President daryl clark calling the citys Violent Crime numbers unacceptable, 500 shooting sos far this year and a spike in homicide next week hell introduce legislation to address the like poverty that can lead to Violent Crime. The likelihood of that person may not have a job, that person may have mental issues which a lot of this is.
