That is not replaced by putting someone else in as a Security Guard position. The bonding that has been builtup is precious and important. It also happens that i am a retired family physician from 35 years practicing. I have not had anything to do with mr. Tobys medical case so i dont speak to that, but i am very familiar with the process by which workers comp issues are handled and the role of a qme or qualified medical examiner. As i hear mr. After years of steady decline, use, nicotine use has suddenly reversed course, seemingly overnight.
