Having been a waitress for ten years before I was a journalist, I know a thing or two about food service. One of the hardest parts of the job is having to remain polite and civil with customers that are anything but. Some days, you’d want to scream, shout, spit in the food or just give the Karen internet speak for a rude customer a taste of their own medicine.
