Sexual abuse for what happened in an Elementary School classroom. Police arrested the 15 year old yesterday. He faces three counts of Second Degree sexual abuse. The Marion School district contacted police on october 25th. About an allegation that a High School Student had inappropriate ly touched a student at starry elementary. A marion woman who says her daughter was a victim of the abuse talked to tv nine about the said the high School Helper was left alone with children in the dark during rest time. She said starry elementary removed the helper from the classroom, but not from the building. Chatanooga police say there were no drugs or alcohol in blood taken from the driver who crashed a bus full of kids on monday. That crash killed five kids and injured around 20 others.
