If we grant them a waiver in a certain sense you are awarding incompetency. Now we know there is a lot of incompetency within the city and county of San Francisco, but i think we shouldnt reward further incompetency by granting waivers. If youre going to do this its only logical that you should allow individual taxpayers the same right, so why cant all the poor people that own property in San Francisco apply for the exact same waiver and it start waiving taxes for everybody under the sun and then we will gladly see whether this is a true rational decision or not, so if i say if youre going to do it now i say open it up to every poor homeowner in S
