There is some coolness there with the 33 saw around lake tahoe. Breezy at times from Sonoma County and northward. Temperatures will be below average for the forecasted highs today and tomorrow before the rebound thursday and into saturday. For today there is energy coming through the Pacific Northwest. Hi to midlevel clouds that will stay there and go further south. A few 40s in the temperatures here. Look for a day of temperatures being a bit below average.
