Professor of history at the university of minnesota. She is currently just finishing up a faculty fellowship at Harvard Fellowship Harvard Universitys in history. She owned a joint ph. D. In history in African Americans studies at Yale University and specializes in 20th century African American and American History with an emphasis on immigration, war globalization and social movements and political resistance. She is the author of a number of books one of which is out available outside at encourage you to grab a copy while you can.
