Judge kennedy in and of himself is a superb candidate for the United States Supreme Court. And comparisons do not do this gentleman justice. He has a deep compassion for the law, as many of you know. Reporter she was one of a handful of women who came to the California Coastal commission hoping to put pressure on mavericks organizers to bring true gender equity to the event. Theres definitely sexism out there. Theres no doubt about it. Reporter the committee for equity and womens surfing says mavericks plan for a womens heat doesnt go far enough and says the prize money a total purse of 120,000 for the men and 30,000 for the women is obviously unequal. The group wants the commission to deny mavericks fouryear use permit application and cut it down to one year to leverage a full Womens Division in 2017 and beyond. I would like to see these women compete in semifinals and a final. I dont know why it doesnt go far enough that we had a very hard time finding six women to make up one heat. Scene. Found. A grisly discovery at a bay area university. Right now, excavators are on scene after human remains were found on the sonoma state campus. Good afternoon, im michelle griego. Im kenny choi. This is all happening in a parking lot m on the sonoma state campus in rohnert park. This is is a live look from chopper 5. You can see crews down there sifting through evidence. This is near a heavily treed area. They have been out there all morning after a body was found in a shallow grave last night. They are first trying to make sure they gather anything that they can as far as clues around the area. But the coroner is about to arrive on scene.
