church. dan, what do you know, first of all, about the church? reporter: first of all, as far as the churn is concerned, the lights are turned out behind me as members are huddling to get any morsel of information out of haiti. they ve been involved in humanitarian missions throughout the world including recent trichs to russia and ecuador. as far as the orphanage is concerned, here s what the plan was. they formulated this plan a couple of of years ago. they were going to build this orphanage in the dominican republic and acquire some land and build up an orphanage and a school and church. then the earthquake occurred and that accelerated their desire to help out the haitian people. this is drew ham, who is one of the pastors of the church. drew, in terms of what was going on here, as i understand it they didn t have this land yet, but
