Second dose drive thru clinic scheduled for Feb 16

A second Drive-Thru COVID-19 vaccination clinic is planned for Tuesday, Feb. 16 at the Northeast Alabama Agri-Business Center in Rainsville. The event from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. is intended ONLY for delivering the second of two doses to those who received shots earlier. Those who received their first dose on January 19 are advised to bring the white card they received following that vaccination, according to a post shared on the DeKalb County Emergency Management Agency’s Facebook page that cites EMA Director Anthony Clifton as the source. Vaccines are in limited supply and no new first-round vaccinations are planned, according to Alabama Department of Public Health guidelines.
