Near larkey park and the Lindsey Wildlife Museum where a woman was found shot multiple times. Medical teams tried to save the womans life but she died at the scene. The suspect fled southbound on buena vista avenue in an unknown vehicle, the suspect is described only as a male. We spoke with neighbors who he i heard the car first of all and then i heard his tires screeching as he came around the corner in about a minute later i heard the sirens going and my dogs were howling so i checked outside and then the next thing with the helicopter that i saw. Swat team members and even a k9 unit was brought in to help. Police also searched a car in the area that they eventually towed away. Then they shifted their resources just one block over. Police say hes suspected of shooting and killing a woman in walnut creek. That shooting happened yesterday afternoon near larkey park and the lindsey wildlife museum.
