Parishes in Capital area lift mask mandates after governor amends restrictions

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - Shortly after Gov. John Bel Edwards amended the statewide mask mandate in Louisiana, some parish presidents started lifting it in their areas.
The following parishes have lifted their mask mandates effective Wednesday, April 28:
Ascension
Iberville (Except for parish government buildings, including parish courthouse)
Livingston
