court is and say, you know what? we are going to call for expanding and rebalancing the court. would you support that? yeah, i m really open to some of these court reform ideas. i think the high stakes nature of these confirmations are not good for democracy. and so, there are all sorts of interesting proposals out there. for instance, to have judges terms be-limited, to make sure that every president gets a set number of appointments to the court. i think we need to de politicize the court. the court itself isn t interested in doing that. it seems to be inserting itself more and more into decisions that historically have been made by the legislature. and so they are not going to do politicize them selves. then, i think we have to look at some of these reform proposals. i m very open to them. a quick last question democrats are struggling to get judges on to the various courts. a senator diane feinstein can t return to the senate and join the judiciary committee that she sits on,
