The court issued a rule asking the authorities concerned of Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (Rajuk) and government to explain in four weeks why the list of 912 persons who were allocated plots at Purbachal New Town Project in Gazipur part should not be declared illegal. The HC also ordered the Rajuk chairman to prepare a list of residents of the area who were affected due to the allocation in 30 days.
