Dimapur, Oct. 17 (EMN): Additional Director, department of Information & Public Relations (IPR), Dzüvinuo Theünuo, said to keep up with the fast-paced requirements of the 21st century, the roles of the department have become mufti-faceted and proactive. The IPR official was addressing the inaugural programme of the five-day training on smartphone filmmaking held at the conference hall of the IPR directorate, Kohima, on Monday. Theünuo said the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) is conducting the training based on the good response received from the training conducted earlier by IPR department, an official report stated.
