at this point there are some victims but we do not know the extent of their injuries. this of course very upsetting news we are following closely unfolding here in texas this afternoon. this shooting reportedly happened at 3:30 p.m. and a summer outlet mall some 30 miles north of dallas. at this point you not know much more beyond his initial reports. working together more details. i can cite the mcallen police department intake to social media about two hours after the shooting reportedly first started. talk to social media around 5:30 p.m. to ask him to stay away from the area. images being captured appears to be armored swat vehicles. looks at their multiple agencies on scene this is standard protocol during active situations like this. we have seen officers moving about some with guns again active protocol. we have a situation like this unfolding. i ve been watching social media and i can tell you multiple people who were there who appeared to have made it out okay. they

the state of texas you would think there would be some shooting like this. but look, this is a sad day. know the governor very well. i know he s going to be responding to this location. the law enforcement here a lot of law enforcement actually live outside of allen. the great thing about texas is a lot of the municipalities department and their own police department. so what you are seeing is a surge of resources. not just getting atf, u.s. marshals as well as the fbi that are already on the scene if you can see. but you are getting all of the local municipalities for they train for this it is all hands on deck. and i am sure as we learn more the reports suggest that the shooter has been neutralized. they will plant some sort of press conference to give us updates. but any time you have victims
