A youth in Lucknow was issued a challan for displaying “Saxena Ji” on the vehicle he was travelling in. This comes a day after the Uttar Pradesh Additional Transport Commissioner issued an order to all Regional Transport Offices (RTOs) of the states asking them to seize all vehicles displaying caste identities.
