courthouse in montgomery. a pretty low key ending to the search for desmonte leonard. charged with three counts of capital murder in a shooting saturday night near auburn university campus. the police chief says the surrender does not end the pain. in a case like this there is no relief because those boys aren t coming home tonight. leonard will make a first court appearance today or tomorrow. two former auburn football players were among those killed saturday night. there is an additional player fighting for his life in the hospital right now. but, he willfully surrendered. his attorney says he was very calm, very tired, very ready to get this over with and very respectful, but that s, of course, his attorney talking. of course. all of this a again over an argument about a woman at an off-campus party leading to this. probably the most disturbing angle. our other big story this morning, the jerry sandusky trial where a key witness has taken the stand. mike mcqueary, the
saw jerry sandusky and a little boy about 10, 11, naked in a shower. sandusky had him wrapped around the waist. there was smacking, rhythmic movements on skin on skin. i couldn t believe what i saw. i walked over to the shower. i was five feet away. they saw me. i saw them. i was so disgusted, i just left the locker room. i went and called my father. it was very riveting testimony to finally hear him say it. the horror of this. i never knew the details of these cases. we grew up hearing words like molest or touch. the problem with the media has been so squeamish in describing these case, we have to use the word graphic, but damn it, we would have known how horrible these cases were, if this was said. write it down. we re grown ups. and you know what, chris? go ahead. i was going to say and as we
