military tribunal after all? i do believe so. i believe they ll have a military commission for a couple of reasons that i lay out in that piece but also, there is no way that we could say khalid sheik muhammad could get a fair trial in the united states now. at the highest levels of our government, they have predetermined the outcome of the trial saying they re confident he s going to be convicted and even executed in the united states so they re playing into the hands of the al-qaida lobby bar which does exist. and ultimately, i think people are going to realize like senator bayh said yesterday morning on the sunday shows that, you know, they re not going to congress is not going to appropriate $200 million at this point in order to have these terrorists come to america for the trial, when we have a perfectly good facility at guantanamo bay to handle a military commission. already set up. nonetheless, yesterday, the press secretary for the president of the united states, robert
