On 08/12/22, at 1:44 AM, Fairfield Police responded to 112 Highland Avenue, Fairfield on a Domestic Battery complaint. The investigation resulted in Jason R Pfaff, 39 of Fairfield, being arrested for battering his wife Misty L Paff, 44 of Fairfield. He was transported to the Wayne County Jail and lodged pending a bond hearing on a charge of Domestic Battery. Misty refused medical treatment. On 08/12/22, at 12:25 AM, Fairfield Police discovered an unresponsive male in a vehicle on the Methodist Church parking lot at 100 W Main Street, Fairfield. The investigation identified the driver as Hunter W White, 22 of Bluford, IL. After indications of possible impairment, White submitted to Field Sobriety Exercises and was determined to be under the influence. He was placed under arrest for being in physical control of a vehicle while Under the Influence (DUI) and transported to the Wayne County Jail where he provided a breath sample that indicated a Blood Alcohol of .091. He was lodged pending
