CHELAN, Wash.
It s kind of a slice of Italy. The architecture is very authentic, explained Bob Jankelson.
As a pioneer in dental surgery, he traveled the world and fell in love with Italy.
So 20 years ago, he retired and decided to start a new journey, building a destination winery overlooking Lake Chelan.
While the design at Tsillan Cellars pays homage to Italy, the name itself honors the land and its people.

Carolina Rial was front and center for the first live show in this season of “The Voice.”
Unfortunately, the Jersey teen won’t be moving on in the NBC competition after being cut at the start of the episode Monday.
Still, the young singer promises this is “only the beginning” for her music career.
Rial, who lives in Ridgefield, thanked supporters at home in New Jersey before Devan Blake Jones, a Denver singer from Nick Jonas’ team, was instead chosen to advance to the top 17.

The Voice s live shows kicked off on Monday with performances from the Top 17 singers but first, it was time to crown the winner of season 20 s first fan vote: the 4-Way Knockout!
One singer from each team, saved by their coach during the Battle Rounds earlier this season, took the stage during the final night of the Knockouts, in the hopes of earning the most votes and moving on to next week s live shows.
