The Sri Sathya Ganapathy Temple in Bengaluru has amazed devotees by adorning its Ganesha idol and mantapa with currency notes and coins worth Rs 2.5 crore during Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. This is the 11th consecutive year that the temple has surprised visitors with unique decorations. The display includes currency notes ranging from Rs 10 to Rs 500, as well as 1.5 lakh coins of denominations Rs 5, Rs 10, and Rs 20. The temple plans to return the money to the devotees who contributed after the festivities conclude.

Meanwhile, in Mumbai, the Gowd Saraswat Brahaman Seva Mandal has unveiled a majestic idol adorned with 69 kilograms of gold and 336 kilograms of silver.
