Mayor Pro Tempore Karen Jones defeated Councilman James McIntosh in a special election to fill the remaining year and five months of Hector Rodriguez s term.
A special election to replace the late Hector Rodriguez as mayor of Burnettown will be held. The candidates are council members Karen Jones and James McIntosh.
