Payton Martin, 18, of 54 Alger Place was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs under the age of 21 and speeding.
Lester Fantuzzi, 54, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault.
