Arrested. For their alleged involvement in the murder. A lyon county jury has acquitted a Silver Springs man on two of three charges, in the death of a 2yearold boy. Cody wallace was found not guilty of first degree murder, and manslaughter. But the jury returned a guilty verdict for child abuse, with substantial bodily harm. The charges stem from a 2010 incident, when wallace was left alone with his girlfriends son. Wallace called 911, and said the boy stopped breathing. The boy later died.
