Continuing on the theme of Democratic Party rebuilding that occurs quadrennially, the 14th RD Democratic Party Committee s May meeting will feature Sarah Fulton, the new state Democratic Party political and communications director. Fultonhas worked on more than a dozen local campaigns over the years for Delaware Democrats, and most recently ran the Red-to-Blue program in 2020 that helped add two additional seats in the state Senate. Rehoboth streets committee to meet
The Rehoboth Beach Streets and Transportation Committee has scheduled an online meeting for 10 a.m., Thursday, May 13.
The agenda calls for an update on the painting of sharrows and a discussion about the speed bumps on Lake Avenue.

Cars honk at protestors, who gathered at the Bath Township building Wednesday to object to a ruling declaring the Dovetail biodigester a public utility.
BATH TOWNSHIP The Bath Township trustees will move forward with an appeal of a Greene County Common Pleas Court ruling declaring the Dovetail biodigester, located in Bath Township, as a public utility. The ruling, handed down by Judge Michael Buckwalter, exempts Dovetail from township zoning regulations and would require the township to vacate notices of violation against the facility.
