Sarah Franks, 29, and Kaitlin O’Donovan, 27, went to the Clearwater apartment of the victim around 3 a.m. Franks and the man got into an argument during which she threw glitter at him.
According to officials, Franks and Donovan each threw a glitter container at Colon, hitting him “in the upper torso and head.” The arrest affidavit does not say what the nature of the argument was, or what the relationship between the parties is, but it's pretty safe to assume.
