Parents have warned it is only a matter of time before a child is seriously hurt due to the parking chaos near a school.
Grandmother Sarah Carr urged all drivers to keep children safe by parking away from Edward Street, in Grimsby.
She told Grimsby Live she had seen a number of near misses and fears one day a child could be killed.

have serious emergency needs.
