In 2017, New York Times reporters Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey broke the story of film producer Harvey Weinstein's history of sexual misconduct, opening the floodgates for survivors in Hollywood. Five years later, as activists continue to work to reform the entertainment industry, a new film "She Said" is telling the story of the investigation that started it all. "When I read the first New York Times piece, and I saw that people were speaking up, and there seemed to be a sort of general consensus of believing these women, it made me feel like I could tell my story," actress Sarah Ann Masse said.
Carey Mulligan plays one of the two New York Times journalists who exposed the sexual abuse allegations against Harvey Weinstein in the new film She Said.
