With some social equity cannabis businesses already moving forward in the licensing process following their lottery selection, the state has announced the first wave of general applicant retailer and micro-cultivator lottery winners.
The state Department of Consumer Protection (DCP) on Thursday announced the names of six retailers and two micro-cultivators moving forward in the licensing process. The eight businesses will join their social equity-qualifying counterparts in finalizing work before being issued provisional licenses.
