News spec mansion priced at $84M, furnished, in Palm Beach

Another new Palm Beach house has hit the market with a look-at-me price $84 million, fully furnished. The oceanfront house developed on speculation at 901 N. Ocean Blvd. entered the multiple listing service Friday, listed by agent Christopher Deitz of William Raveis South Florida. Facing 175 feet of oceanfront, the Bermuda-style house was developed on a lot of 1.14 acres by longtime Palm Beach resident Keith Beaty and his son, Clark Beaty. The main house has five bedrooms with a two-bedroom guesthouse. In all, the home has about 18,000 square feet of living space, inside and out, including a partial basement. Of the total space, 15,306 square feet is air conditioned.

So goes the Palm Beach real estate market, pandemic and all.

here at the white house. they talked about this issue of government funding. and i m told by two senior republican leadership sources those two men, ryan and mcconnell, walked away thinking they and the president were all on the same page. they would defer all this talk about funding the wall until after the mid terms. why? because no lawmaker, especially those up for re-election, wants to have a debate about immigration leading up to the midterm election. but you can see here how the president, and we know this to be true, the animating issue for his base is all about immigration. and if you look at the tweet, the last line here i think gives it away, that this is a message the president wants to send. he says, we have to move to a system of immigration based on merit. we need great people coming into our country. this is a zero sum nativist view expressed by the president and his allies, that what is good for immigrants is bad for america, david. geoff, thank you very much for that

confusion about the direction of the mueller probe and what s going on. you know, we have seen guiliani, for instance, weigh in on north korea. like, things way outside of the purview of the investigation. and i think part of that is just to sort of create this nonstop news cycle on it, to distract both the mueller team and also from the american public on sort of what s really going on, and keeping their eye on the ball. and really the question of whether or not the president will cooperate and sit down for an interview. that s really the bottom line. and that s what this summer will really tell us. let s spend a little bit more time here in the department of people who talk about things that aren t in their portfolio. alan dershowitz took some time off this week with george instead of oppose list. let s listen to what he had to say about michael cohen. if a president pardons, that s it. if a president fires, that s it. you can t go beyond the act and get into his motive or into h
