After launching her real estate law and litigation firm in May 2020, real estate litigator and managing member Sara Lachman is set to open Lachman Stuart PLC at Waters Center, 161 Ottawa Ave. NW in downtown Grand Rapids, this month.
Lachman and her team are planning to renovate the 4,700-square-foot mezzanine suite within the six-story building, which will be done by Visser Construction. The updates will include a conference room with an 18-foot boardroom table, soft-seating collaborative space, several interior workspaces, private offices and a large project room to prepare large case filings or hearings.
